Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I share my daily life, my good and bad days. When I was 1 and a half years old, my family and I came into America. If it weren't for the hard work of my parents, I may not have been here to share this life with the world. With the opportunity to have an improved life I wanted to try my best to please them, and was focused on my success. My mind could see the path I wanted to take for my future. Attend college, and graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Have kids. My plan for success was to attend college after graduation, and then find a corporate job. Then I'd get married, buy a house and have kids. Life had other ideas. In 2013, I found that I hated working in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did not excite me. I thought I was wasting time for a paycheck. As I began to move to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being with people and help people. I began my business in the year 2014. I am celebrating my 7th birthday this year. There are a few Asian women in the industry. As a coach I'm determined to make a difference by offering high-quality coaching to assist others in becoming more healthy and happy. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. To be in Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her daily. We can learn a lot from our experiences, though it may be difficult to see it now. My mother's death changed me so much and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I got my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. When I share my experience, I hope that my words will resonate with those of yours. My hope is that my words can aid you in understanding that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. There is only one chance to live. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
